Part IV
This week, Leonard Cochran reminded us that generosity is the overflow of a heart shaped by Jesus. It’s not just about money—it’s about living open-handed with our time, forgiveness, encouragement, and love.
Through 1 Timothy 6:18 and Matthew 18, we learned that true generosity mirrors God’s nature—He’s an abundant Father who gives freely and forgives endlessly. When we extend grace, release resentment, and give even when it costs us, we reveal Jesus to the world.
Forgiveness, Leonard shared, is one of the greatest acts of generosity we can offer. It’s choosing to let go of the “dead-end” signs in our past and trust that God can turn what was meant for harm into something good. As we live open-handed—ready to give, serve, and forgive—we discover the life God designed for us and reflect His heart to others.
